Lee Parson

Lee Parson is the Founder of Interstellar Industries, LLC and its Affiliate, Aether Estate Sales Co. He has conducted over four-hundred estate sales over the course of his career. Lee was just a youngster when the appreciation of anything antique and vintage took over. Since the early days, when at the age of 9 he would make the rounds at flea markets identifying vintage toys by brand, his adoration of antiques and collectibles has grown into a career and lifestyle he and his family share. Lee’s past includes auction houses, antique and secondhand stores, buying and selling high-end antiques and overseeing the annual marketing budget for a worldwide antiquities broker. Lee studied Marketing & Branding at Griffith University in Australia, and Illinois State University. Lee lives with his wife and three daughters in Indianapolis.

Tiffany Parson

Tiffany Parson is the President of both Interstellar and Aether. She grew up a military “brat,” with both parents being active duty Air Force. The military lifestyle created a very unique, cultured style in her at a young age. That unique, vintage love quickly turned her into an avid second hand shopper. Her ability to recognize brands and values with the blink of an eye, has led her to become a very valuable asset. Tiffany studied both History and Political Science at Indiana University. Tiffany lives in Indianapolis with her husband Lee, and their 3 daughters.

About Aether

Aether Origins

Like all good stories,
this one started with a choice...

Either get a job at the sandwich shop, or start your own business.

The need to build a successful business brought Aether Estate Sales™ to fruition. It takes a special type of person to want to make sandwiches for the rest of their life, and Lee was not that type of person.

With the ambition that comes from a healthy fear of the food-service industry, and a lifetime of antique & auction experiences from his family to draw upon, Lee set out to start his own estate sale company. He saw the opportunity to standardize and modernize the estate sale experience.

“I had never gone to an estate sale before, and happened to stop by one being held at a nearby town,” Lee says. “The unprofessional presentation, messy and unorganized state of the house, and price-marking with masking tape and permanent markers really stuck in my head. I knew there had to be a more professional approach to putting on an event like this."

So Lee went to work.

Named Aether Estate Sales™, after the classical element substance that holds the universe together, the company was founded on a principal to provide the best estate sale experiences in the industry.
